Shipping Information

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all states in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.

Delivery Timeframes

Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days
Sabah & Sarawak: 5–7 working days

Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12PM will be processed the same day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the courier's website.
