Refund policy
Please note that our return and refund policy applies only to products sold through Head to Toe Online Store in Malaysia. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer. Head to Toe Online Store will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Products not sold through Head to Toe PPE Online Store (https://headtotoeppe.com);
- Products that are bought during specific offers or promotional events which explicitly state that return are not allowed;
- Where the product is used, worn, washed, processed (e.g. altered size), soiled or damaged, the logo is cut, and other merchandise not in re-sale condition;
- Where the tags attached to the products are cut or removed;
All approved return are strictly on a one-to-one basis. Head to Toe PPE Online Store reserves the right to inspect and check the products for verification. A request for a refund may be refused in the event that the return instructions are not complied with.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Abuse of Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who make fraudulent returns, violate and/or abuse the terms of this Return, Exchange and Refund Policy, including, but not limited to, making excessive returns, returning items that are no longer in original and brand-new condition, etc.
Amendment
We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, amend the terms of this Return, Exchange and Refund Policy at any time and without notice to you
